Floss Dogg
Floss Dogg is a Naarm/Melbourne-based vinyl DJ, founder and multidisciplinary creative known for genre-spanning sets rooted in UK sounds, techno, minimal and bass. With a deep love for underground club culture and leftfield sounds, her approach blends thoughtful progression, deep digging and vinyl-led storytelling.
Her sets move fluidly through techno, UKG, hip hop, bass music and experimental electronics across clubs, radio and festivals. A regular fixture in Melbourne’s underground scene, Floss has played beloved local venues and festivals as well as internationally at ://about blank (Berlin). Her festival appearances include Hopkins Creek, A Weekend With and Something Unlimited, alongside mixes and features for Warning, Novel, FBi Radio, PBS FM, Rinse France and Dublab LA. She also hosted the long-running Arvo Girls show on Skylab Radio, where she explored deeper and more eclectic selections spanning UK sounds, underground discoveries and genre-blurring electronics.
Alongside her music practice, Floss is the founder of Primer, the long-running Melbourne party known for championing intersectionally diverse lineups and forward-thinking club culture. She also co-founded WIP Project alongside DJ Sarah, creating a free platform that improves visibility for women, non-binary and gender non-conforming talent in music. Floss also leads the creative direction for Primer, including flyer design, campaign visuals and broader world-building, and designed and built the WIP website herself.
Whether behind the decks, shaping a visual identity or building platforms for underrepresented talent, Floss brings deep scene awareness, strong curation and a community-first approach to everything she creates.
